Program Description: The program develops students through quality technical training, Hands‐on lab activities geared towards CCNA (Cisco Certified Networking Associate); CCNP (Cisco certified Networking Professional) certifications and CCIE (Cisco Certified Internet Expert). Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA): Address the Industry requirements related to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium‐size route and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP): Address the ability to plan, implement, verify and troubleshoot local and wide‐ area enterprise networks and work independently on complex network solutions. Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE): Address the Industry requirements related to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot Large‐size route and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. Mentoring: All participants in this program will be mentored by ‘NSOE experts’ on technology, products and troubleshooting. Training is scheduled over a period of 12 months. Two batches will run in parallel (one in the morning and Afternoon) and will be conducted at the College/University. There will be progressive Assessments at all stages in the course curriculum.
For CCIE 10‐Days Boot Camp from morning 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM FAQ ’s: a. Why should students opt for this program? It is a unique program that combines certification training, product knowledge, hands‐on lab experience, access to ‘Cisco’s experts’ and environment that is not available otherwise in the market. In addition to bridging the Industry gaps, the program also prepares students for high caliber work in networking and readies them for employment at Cisco. The entire experience along with Industry recognized certifications makes the program complete and a once in a lifetime opportunity for fresh graduates. b. What is the Enrollment process? Interest Students will undergo a group discussion followed by a personal discussion with the NSOE panel. c. How will the performance be measured during the program? All students that are a part of this program must maintain a track record of 100% attendance during the course. After completion of every module, there will be a round of technical discussions with the ‘NSOE‐Cisco experts’, who will measure their level of understanding for the given module. Thereafter, all students will need to complete the necessary Certification to retain their candidature in the program and move on to the next module. d. Can I change my slot during the course of the program? No, this program is specifically designed based on the slot availability. Students can neither change their slots during the course of the program nor will they be entertained to take up missed sessions due to absenteeism from a different slot. |
