VMware Certified Professional - Cloud (VCP-Cloud)

This course covers install, configure, and administer a cloud environment using vCloud Director and related components-Apps, service catalogs, and organization/provider VDCs and by administering cloud-enabled networking and storage.

Objectives

There are two paths to earning your VCP-Cloud certification.

Path 1

1. Earn your VMware Certified Professional - Datacenter Virtualization (VCP-DV) certification.

• Before obtaining VCP-DV certification, you must attend a qualifying VMware vSphere course.

2. Pass the IaaS exam

• Though there are no education requirements for this certification, we highly recommend completing VMware vCloud: Deploy and Manage the VMware Cloud [V1.5].

Path 2

1. Attend a qualifying course

• VMware vCloud Director: Install, Configure, Manage [V5.1]
• VMware vCloud: Deploy and Manage the VMware Cloud [V1.5]

2. Pass the VCP-Cloud exam
